Than Aung

Than has worked at a private dental practice in Wimborne for the past 20 years before joining Avenue House in December 2014. Than qualified in 1985 at the Institute of Dental Medicine, Rangoon, Burma. He obtained an M.Sc. in Endodontic (root filling) from Eastman Dental Hospital, University of London in 1993. Than likes to have a good professional relationship with his patients and to provide dentistry in a relaxed and gentle manner.
Huma Ghazanfar

Dr.Huma Ghazanfar has been helping people put their smile forward for the past 15 years. Dr.Huma is doing her specialists Degree MSC in Endodontics from University of Chester.
She offers a wide range of service for the patients of all ages in addition to General Dentistry services that included general restorative and cosmetic dentistry as well as facial aesthetics which includes Botox,fillers,fat dissolving and Profhilo treatments.
Dr.Huma has a modern approach of creating a beautiful smile using simple and non-invasive techniques such as short term orthodontics and teeth whitening. Through careful study of each patients individual situations she can develop a plan that can help to address the patients unique needs.She is also great with children, aiming to make their experience as pleasant as possible.
Dr.Huma aims to establish strong long-term relationships with all of her patients and has always encourage healthy smile in all her patients. She has continued to enhance her skills by regularly attending post graduate training courses and seminars.
Deirdre
Deirdre graduated from the Turner Dental School, Manchester in 2003, with a BSc in Oral Health Sciences.
She joined the team at Avenue House in 2016, after having spent 13 years working locally in Milford on Sea.
Deirdre has a keen interest in periodontal disease, diet & nutrition & improving & maintaining better oral health in her patients.
She has a caring & gentle nature & is experienced in treating all types of patients, especially nervous & sensitive ones & strives to provide a relaxed & calm dental experience.
Her hobbies include swimming, aqua aerobics, pilates/yoga, & skiing.
Meila Hampton
RDN GDC No. 162743
Meila joined Avenue House in 2004 working with Ramin Eshghi and passed her National Examination in Dental Nursing in 2006.
Camilla
Lead Nurse
GDC No. 245197
Camilla began her dental career in 2011. She enrolled on the National Diploma in Dental Nursing (NEBDN) and qualified in 2013. She joined our team in July 2020 and, between this time, gained a lot of experience in NHS and private practices.
She enjoys the clinical management and is looking forward to completing her infection control lead course later this year.
Outside of work, Camilla enjoys spending quality time with her friends and family and walks down the beach.
Victoria
Dental Receptionist
Victoria joined our team in August 2021, already having gained customer experience in her previous role. She enjoys welcoming patients into the practice and helping to make the experience as enjoyable as possible.
In her spare time, she enjoys being on the water and is a keen photographer.
Grace
Trainee Nurse/Receptionist
Grace joined us in January 2021 as a Trainee Dental Nurse/Receptionist. She is currently progressing to become a qualified professional through Tempdent. She is excited about pursuing her career in dental nursing as she loves caring for patients and building a friendly rapport with them.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her friends, family and dogs.
